Safe House in overall is a good movie. There is a lot of action and gunshot happening in the movie. With the extremely loud sound system in the cinema, you would literally go shocked and paused for a second due to the sound effect. * seriously loud k *

This is a movie of a safe house keeper (Denzel Washington) trying to accomplish his mission in protecting his hostage, which is known for his skill of stealing played by Ryan Reynolds.

Rule 1 : To keep your hostage alive

This is the only rule that a safe house keeper has to stick to, so Denzel tried very hard to protect Ryan from being killed. Apparently the police and terrorist are looking for Ryan cause he has an important document whom might disclose all the CIA that is involved in bribery.

While Denzel trying to keep Ryan alive, Ryan in the other hand trying to escape from him. There is a lot of conflict happened between them until the stage, Ryan has had escape from Denzel. When the CIA was informed with the escape, they requested Denzel to stop his mission and go back to the headquarter. Unfortunately, Denzel didnt obey the instruction but went all the way down to Landa to hunt for Ryan.

As they encounter more and more things, Ryan started to see Denzel as who he used to be in the past, a responsible and law-abiding house keeper but ended up being given up by the agency due to some issue.

At the end, the officer was able to track down the location of Ryan and Denzel. He tried to kill Ryan so that the bribery document will not be disclosed. Just right after Ryan was shot, Denzel managed to grab a gun from the floor and shot the officer. Before Ryan take his last breath, he passed Denzel the document hoping that he would make a millions out of it.
